Peloton
Focused on supporting the Peloton re-branding process starting in June 2023, my role specifically was on the CRM/email team. Building both seasonal emails and trigger campaigns, I worked closely with the design team as the new look and feel was fine tuned and implemented across a digital outlets. Overhauling automatic customer journeys included content analyzation and updating as well as organizational updating and viewing each email with updated strategy at the direction of the Marketing and Product teams.
Achievements: I built 52 emails in 5 days, a personal record for me.
