I was tasked with concepting on 2 influencer kits for NARS, one for the North American market and one for the Asia market. One was beginning-stage box exploration with price point range and the other was the insert card for the already designed box. These ideas were developed and eventually presented to the Art Director upon my departure for this freelance role. The challenge with the cushion concept was the quantity of identical makeup samples, and their similar shades not creating a lot of visual interest. The whole idea behind influencer kits is for the experience to be both special and easily shared on social media channels such as YouTube and Instagram to create buzz and excitement about a new product.

This notecard was designed to live inside the 2019 NARS Orgasm summer influencer kit box. The box was metallic pink and the 2D illustration of the bag the makeup products would come in is shown on the top right corner of each page. The makeup would go in the tote bag, the tote bag would go in the box. Some of the options I came up with include a sleeve for the notecard, 3D printed texture to create textual interest and metallic print to connect the notecard to the box design. Additionally, various shape options were explored depending on if it was to be placed inside the tote bag or on top, and what part of the tote could be shown.
