In this holiday help contract role at Health e-Commerce (FSA.com and HSA.com), I led the end-to-end design and development of high-performing, email-first marketing campaigns for the busy end-of-year season, combining strong visual storytelling with technical execution to drive engagement and conversion. I designed in Figma and built responsive, accessible HTML emails within Bloomreach, ensuring seamless rendering across major clients like Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. From translating brand guidelines into conversion-focused layouts to QAing for pixel-perfect delivery, I owned the full lifecycle—from concept through deployment. I partnered closely with marketing and CRM teams to align creative with campaign strategy, contributed supporting e-commerce assets such as landing page graphics and banners, and continuously optimized performance through testing, personalization, and data-informed iteration.
